All things considered, this building is in excellent shape. This would be a perfect storage area if it weren't for the fact that there are no locks to keep anything of value safe. There are however large, relatively worthless pieces of furniture and junk that could technically be taken with no consequence, but most of the stuff within is too large to make anything worth taking. Do you really need a moldy couch cushion or a three legged table? (The DM is allowed to place items at will so long as the player roll an 8 or above in regards to the scavenging skill.) |
